A/S & refund policy
1. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are only possible in the following cases:
In case the purchased sheet music is not viewed online, downloaded, or printed after payment
2. We will send you newly revised sheet music in the following cases:
– Contact the customer service center if you discover an error in the sheet music during the downloadable period of the purchased sheet music.
– If the note is not expressible within the same harmony but represents an obvious operational error
– Textual errors (title, composer, lyrics, directives, etc.)
– If it is judged to be a clear error, not the interpretation of the sheet music editor
